Terms of service

1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between Ironbit Ltd (company number NI729290, "we") and the organisation that installs or pays for Inkbright ("you"). Inkbright is a business service; by installing it you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for your organisation.
2. The service
Inkbright builds email signatures from your Google Workspace directory and your templates, and writes them to your users' Gmail settings using permissions your administrator grants. You can revoke those permissions at any time in the Google Admin console.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The Free plan covers up to 5 users. Inkbright never adds its own branding to your signatures.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Per-person plans are billed on the number of active users in your directory, adjusted at each renewal.
- Ironbit Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. If that changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before VAT is added.
- You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not charge again. Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of first payment are refunded in full.
- We give at least 30 days' notice of price changes, which apply from your next renewal.
4. Your responsibilities
- Have the right to use the content in your templates, logos and banners, and make sure links and disclaimers are lawful.
- Don't use Inkbright to send spam, phishing, malware or misleading content, or to break the law or Google's policies.
- Keep administrator access to people you trust.
5. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in our privacy policy and data processing agreement, which form part of these terms. You can delete all your data at any time from Brand & settings → Remove Inkbright.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service; signatures already set in Gmail keep working if Inkbright is unavailable. We may improve or change features; we won't materially reduce a paid plan's core features during a paid period.
7. Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period (or £100 if you are on the Free plan).
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that break section 4 or don't pay, after notice where reasonable. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
9. General
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Contact: support@inkbright.app.
